Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 72-year-old Asian Indian male who presented with breathlessness and anasarca. It mentions that he was breathless at rest and has an 86% room air saturation with a personal history of type II diabetes mellitus and whisky intake. It notes that icterus, bilateral pitting pedal edema and a single left axillary lymph node were discovered through physical examination. It also discusses breast cancer on males along with bilateral pleural effusion.
