KÜRESELLEŞME SÜRECİNDE YURT DIŞINDAKİ TÜRKLERİN ÖNEMİ.

Globalization as a social phenomenon affects all areas of life from economy to politics. In this process, the first part has mostly been dominanat with respect to global-local dilemma. In this case, the only way for the local is to have the flexible models to turn threats of globalization in to an opportunity in all areas in the respect of institutional context. In recent years, this is also true for Turkey which has the increasing influence in world politics. In the future, as distinct from present-day the phenomenon which assesses the nature and the winners of globalization rather than knowledge, goods and capital will be the movement of labor and services. In this process, one of Turkey's most important components of social capital and strategic support, especially to Turkish citizens abroad is Turkish states and communities. It is important in terms of Turkey's strategic objectives to maximize work and brain power of this mass to a level of global market and competition. In this study literature review method is used and the purpose of this study is to point out the opportunities of Turkish presence abroad especially in Europe and to provide advice in this regard.
