Abstract
- This article has to do with a proposal of teaching and learning carried out in the first year (ninth and tenth year of high-school) of secondary education of adults from Colegio Emprender in Osorno. The objective of the current proposal is to design and apply a didactic model in teaching adults through the use of ICT to enhance learning of geometric contents established in the curriculum. The research methodologies applied were qualitative and quantitative, and tiie instruments of data collection were a pre- and post-test, an opinion survey and observation by part of the teacher. Findings show that most students achieved high passing percentages in isometric transformations, so we can be conclude that the use of a dynamic geometry software called Cabri II influences on topic learning as well as on student motivation.
