Abstract

The article presents a study on the expansion of molecular systematics and known distribution of Eleutherodactylus adelus. It mentions that the phylogeny reconstruction was done through the Bayesian inference (BI) and maximum likelihood (ML). It states that the Antarctic Phosphatase (AP) and Exonuclease I and Shrimp Alkaline Phosphatase (SAP) was used to purified the amplified products. The result of the study indicates that E. adelus was not a close relative of E. varleyi and a member of the E. planirostris series.
