Abstract
- The article focuses on a study which examines the effect of low level of threonine and lysine amino acids on the accumulation of fat in porcine muscle. It mentions several methods including enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, statistical analysis and food content analysis which are used as the research methodologies. The result reveals that the accumulation of fat in porcine muscle is not affected by the dietary threonine levels.
