Malignant transformation of an intrathoracic neurofibroma in von Recklinghausen's disease.

Malignant transformation of a mediastinal neurofibroma, presenting for many years as a mass in the superior mediastinum and arising from the right vagus nerve, was found in a patient with long-standing von Recklinghausen's disease.
