Abstract
- The article focuses on the internal workings of the Royal College of Organists (RCO) in Great Britain. The Trustee Council has 15 members who support the objective of promoting and advancing the arts and practice of organ-playing and choral directing. Trustees are chosen by way of a national member postal ballot. The Council meets in London, Endland six times a year. Particular focus is given to the author's reflection on her experience as a trustee of RCO.
