Abstract
- The article offers the author's insights on the paper of author Michael Levi entitled "The Hidden Risks of Energy Innovation" in the 2013 issue of "Issues in the Science and Technology." The author mentions that paper argues that renewable energy technologies should be taken regionally. The author adds that the Water Power Program of the U.S. Department of Energy provides help for the development of marine renewable energy.
