Abstract
- The article discusses the highlights of a survey on library services conducted at the University of California-Berkeley in 2012. Findings showed that seven in 10 users used the library a great deal or a fair amount. Data indicate that the library is central to the mission of the university and that interactions with patrons leave them better off than they were before. The value of high touch services and the responses on collection issues are also addressed.
