Abstract
- The article focuses on innovations in wallpaper. The article discusses the fabrication of LEDs (light emitting diodes) directly on paper by doctoral student Gul Amin, light-emitting wallpaper developed by the company Lomox and speakers printed onto wallpaper by scientists at the Institute for Print and Media Technology of the Chemnitz University of Technology in Germany. The article goes on to discuss earthquake resistant wallpaper made by researchers at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
