Abstract
- The article presents a scientific method to obtain synthesis of fluorenones through quaternary ammonium salt promoted intramolecular dehydrogenative arylation of aldehydes. Chemical equations and reactions for gram-scale synthesis, xanthone synthesis, and bianthronyl synthesis are given in the article.
