Abstract
- The author discusses the commitment to watchdog journalism by news outlets. An overview of the investigative projects at "The Philadelphia Inquirer" about the May 13, 1985 debacle involving a self-proclaimed radical group is provided. He claims that the commitment to watchdog journalism that provides readers with answers to questions should be the top priority in modern newsrooms.
