Abstract
- The article presents information on a study aimed at testing the outcome of strength and power by using randomized groups design. The study showed that there were no significant differences between the strength and endurance (SE) and strength, endurance, and maximal-effort cycling (SEC) group on measures of chest press or standing broad jump performance.
