Bibliografierea naţională retrospectivă în Biblioteca Academiei Române - la 145 de ani de existenţă a bibliotecii.

Starting from 1895 the Romanian Academy Library is in charge with the creation of the retrospective national bibliography, when Ion Bianu, the director of that time, established the National Bibliography Plan. The article describes the evolution of the national retrospective bibliography of books from the beginning (1903), until present times, mentioning as well the retrospective national bibliography of Romanian periodicals. Now, 145 years after its establishment, the Romanian Academy Library offers to public these research instruments that outline the editorial activities of the mid 20th century. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
