Abstract: The article offers information on the annual Yarmarka Myoda or Honey Market in Moscow, Russia. The event features the outputs of single farm families or cooperatives that live on honey. According to the author, the market features sellers of honeys with different tastes such as honeys that are as bitter and pungent as tree bark and others that are tight and grainy.
