Examines vent processes at Karymsky volcano, Kamchatka, Russia by measuring sulphur dioxide (SO[sub 2]) emissions using a correlation spectrometer. SO[sub 2] variations in Karymsky's plume; Frequency of eruption occurrence; Number of cycles.
