Abstract
- Nicolau syndrome is a rare iatrogenic condition that occurs following intramuscular administration of drugs, causing cutaneous necrosis, ulcers and scarring. We report the case of a 45-year-old woman who suffered this syndrome after intramuscular self-administration of phenylbutazone. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
