In this paper, the author circumscribes the notion of alterity using Andre Green's theoretical perspective and reflects about the vicissitude of the alterities in the psychoanalytical process. Initially, the author describes the dialog that A. Green develop with J. Lacan around the question of subjectivity and otherness, for in later stage deepen into the psychoanalytical process, showing how the transference induces objetalization and integration of internal and external alterities.
