ANALIZA WYBRANYCH CHARAKTERYSTYK USZKODZEŃ ŚRODKÓW TRANSPORTU.

The paper presents chosen results of the research concerning damages of vehicles in the analysed real system of operation and maintenance of means of transport. The vehicles are used to perform passenger transportation over the determined communication routes. Random variables denoting times between the vehicle damages as well as times between damages of selected systems of the analysed vehicles were analysed. For the needs of the paper the vehicles in the research object were decomposed. The research work was carried out according to the passive experiment method in the natural maintenance and operation conditions. Technical aspects related to damages of the means of transport are analysed herein. However, no economic aspects of the transport task performance processes are analysed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
