Abstract
- In this article, the author offers information on the Texas Brown Tarantula, a spider of the Theraphosidae family. He reports that tarantulas have huge snake hangs, beady eyes and hairy structures throughout the body. He reports that they are not considered as true spiders as they do not construct webs instead live in a hole in the ground.
