Abstract
- Highlights: [•] Theoretical models are constructed for heat exchangers with various recycles. [•] Effects of reflux ratio, capacitance ratio, recycle length, etc., were studied. [•] A basic internal recycle increases heat transfer rate by 27% than no recycle. [•] Recycles of half length increase overall performance by 65% than full-length ones. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
