Abstract
- Highlights: [•] 14YWT ferritic ODS nanostructured powders were prepared by mechanical alloying. [•] A comparative study was done on structural evolution by OM, SEM and XRD. [•] A physical model consisted of five stages was proposed for morphology evolution. [•] Particular morphology and structural features were found required to start alloying.
