Abstract

Highlights: [•] Fe-CNFs/CMFs catalysts were prepared by using CCVD method. [•] Fe particles located on the tops of carbon nanofibers. [•] Fe crystal phases were changed from Fe3C to α-Fe(C) when from 0.20 to 0.33atm. [•] Fe3C and α-Fe(C) crystal phases were easily nitrided into Fe2N. [•] Structured polyhedral Fe2N catalyst was more active for ammonia decomposition. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
