Abstract
- The article discusses the study regarding the effects of lithium on amyotrophic lateral sclerosis patients. It highlights the use of online community PatientsLikeMe for matching controls and publications. It also notes that the larger standard clinical trials support that the lithium had no positive effects on patients that suffered with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
