Mass propagation of Dendrobium ‘Zahra FR 62’, a new hybrid used for cut flowers, using bioreactor culture.

Highlights: [•] A mass propagation protocol for Dendrobium ‘Zahra FR 62’ is described. [•] PLBs could be induced in half-strength MS, including 1mg/L TDZ and 0.5mg/L BA. [•] Most PLBs formed in a 3-L bioreactor containing half-strength MS+0.05mg/L BA. [•] PLBs formed with an average of 247.5 new PLBs per subculture.
