The process of integrated management information system implementation is longlasting, expensive and full of pitfalls. Many of the problems associated with this process have their source in the end-user. In the article there were presented results of research on the level of satisfaction of end-users with the process of implementation of integrated information management ERP system. A group of employees of the company implementing and using the system was analysed. Results of the research are ambiguous. They however, point significant problems with the quality of ERP system implementation. Nearly half of the respondents have evaluated negatively the system and its implementation.
