Abstract

The article discusses a court case of the Saleh V. Titan Corp. related to private military contrator immunity. It informs about interrogation in which both low-ranking soldiers and private military contractors (PMCs) allegedly subjected Haidar Muhsin Saleh when he was in U.S. custody in Iraq. It further highlights that the U.S. has constantly relied upon private military contractors (PMCs) abroad, wwhere number of instances in foreign nationals have brought tort actions against PMCs.
