Abstract

Highlights: [•] Xyloglucan-based block co-oligomer (XGO-b-XGO,Ac) was obtained by “click” reaction. [•] XGO-b-XGO,Ac self-assembled in water into spherical nanoparticles of 22nm. [•] As for Pluronic–F68, XGO-b-XGO,Ac stabilized gliadin and zein nanoparticles. [•] Narrower size distribution of zein nanoparticles was obtained with XGO-b-XGO,Ac. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
