Abstract
- Highlights: [•] Layered Sb2Te3 film has been successfully fabricated by magnetron sputtering method. [•] The film with such ordered structure exhibits attractive TE properties. [•] The in-plane transport mechanism of such nanostructure is proposed and investigated. [•] Introduction of such (00 l) plane into film is therefore a very promising approach. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
