Abstract
- The article discusses the changing role of university faculty in higher educational governance in light of higher education shifts in administrative workload. Topics include changes in the definition of tenure at the University of Louisiana system and changes to faculty governing councils such as the Faculty Senate, as well as the role of faculty in light of massive open online courses (MOOCs).
