Reglamento interior de trabajo. Evolución y esencia.

This paper aims to make a critical and interdisciplinary study of this legal figure, that is essential to carry out in the best marmer the work into an enterprise or establishment, in such a way that its negotiation and endorsement turn out in advantages as for employers and workers. Its analyses their background: workshop regulations, and of factory which arise from manufacturing, where it is used the repression, the punishment book, the mechanization that flow in the factory orders that still are made and imposed as an unilaterally way by the employer, into a context which deprives the capitalism, to modern internal labor rules in which workers are involved and begin to negotiate. The paper also analyses the central elements of internal control: the ideological and repressive. Finally we examine the current normativity, including the factors that come with labor amendment.
