Abstract: The article presents information on the World Library and Information Congress (WLIC), part of the 2013 International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) conference held from August 17-23, 2013 in the Suntee Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre in Singapore. The conference features Chan Heng Chee, former Singapore ambassador to the U.S., journalist Cherian George, and ALA Spectrum Scholar Tamara Rhodes.
