The article focuses on the need for the process of selecting the proper regulatory tool to be guided by a different procedure by establishing a searchable database, Global-Regulation, consisting regulatory case studies. It discusses the concept of regulatory learning, in which policy and regulation are explained. It says that the database will allow scholars and regulators to have an international supervision of relevant cases in their respective fields.
