Abstract
- The article discusses a study on the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) proteins during later stages of squamous cervical cancer by using proteomics. It mentions the samples of squamous cervical cancer before and after NAC, undergoing gel electrophoresis and matrix assisted laser desorption and ionization spectrometry (MALDI). The results were analyzed by western blotting which revealed a change in 116 protein spots with more peroxiredoxin and less galectin concentration after NAC.
