Abstract

Highlights: [•] K+ modified LNN-based ceramics were synthesized by using mixed oxide routes. [•] K+ ions induced a phase transition from orthorhombic to tetragonal structure. [•] Dielectric behavior above T C was discussed and followed the Curie–Weiss law. [•] A set of material constants were determined by using a resonance–antiresonance method.
