Dinkins orders review of hospital in Brooklyn.

Says that Administration officials delayed giving New York City Mayor David N. Dinkins the results of an internal investigation of emergency room procedures at the Kings County Hospital Center. Dinkins had requested the report after accusations that the stabbing death of Yankel Rosenbaum, a Hasidic man in Crown Heights last month, was the result of inadequate treatment at the hospital. The report was completed on September 5 but was not given to Dinkins until September 24.
