Abstract: Reports that Charles Mullin Jr., of the American Arbitration Association, has found Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania has violated its faculty-union contract by saddling professors with overloaded classes and not offering them extra pay. The state system of higher education has filed an appeal. Grievance filed against the university in 1989.
