Abstract

Highlights: [•] The preparation method of flower-shaped Ni/Al layered double hydroxide (LDH) is quite simple. [•] The Ni/Al-LDH has great adsorption capacity owing to its flower-shaped nature. [•] The very good linear relationship toward glucose can be obtained in two regions: 1–100μM and 0.5–21mM. [•] The sensor has a detection limit of 0.11μM.
