Abstract
- The article reports that as of October 26, 2013 Saudi Arabia's government has criticized U.S. foreign policy, while attempting to shape its own aid to rebel forces in Syria's Civil War and undercut jihadist elements among the rebels. The role of Saudi intelligence leader Prince Bandar bin Sultan in trying to thwart Iran's interests in Syria is addressed.
