- Examines the invocation of the Rule 11 sanction against plaintiffs in the 1982 lawsuit filed on behalf of eight families against Beatrice Foods and W.R. Grace. Claims that defendants disposed of industrial solvents on the plaintiffs' properties in Woburn, Massachusetts; Sanction of attorneys who do not perform reasonable legal and factual inquiries before filing legal papers.
