Abstract: The article offers information on the Ecopyright Workshop which was held during the ABTAPL (Association of British Theological and Philosophical Libraries) Conference in April 2013 on the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. It states that the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 concerns to electronic issues of ownership of electronic copyright. It discusses schemes available for educational establishments in digital recordings through the Educational Recording Agency.
