Abstract: The paper presents the results of the development of diagnostic quality systems intracylinder process of marine Diesel. Diagnostic system is designed based on software product Excel, which greatly simplifies its use on vessels and reduces the cost of its acquisition. In the developed system it uses the methods of statistical evaluation of the Diesel engine by comparing skewness and kurtosis of the reference and the actual indicator diagrams.
