Abstract

Highlights: [•] Grapevine leaves were analyzed using high-throughput wall profiling tools. [•] Enzymatic oligosaccharide fingerprinting was used to analyze xyloglucan. [•] Paenibacillus sp. xyloglucanase treatment released XXFG and XLFG subunits. [•] Trichoderma reesei EGII also liberated XXXG units in addition to XXFG and XLFG. [•] These methods are suitable for profiling grapevine in systems-biology studies. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
