Abstract

Highlights: [•] Sediments in concentrated green tea included reversible and irreversible sediments. [•] Most reversible sediments formed before irreversible tea sediments during storage. [•] Reversible tea sediments contributed more than 90% of the total sediment. [•] Large amount of minerals (17.1%, w/w) were found in irreversible tea sediments. [•] Oxalate was the main component of the irreversible tea sediments. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
