Provides information from a newly declassified telephone conversation from the records of former United States President Lyndon Johnson and an old friend, Don Cook, dated November 30, 1963. Their conversation centered around the inability of US Ambassador to South Vietnam Henry Cabot Lodge's to administrate effectively. How many more conversations will have to be released before one understands why LBJ sent Lodge back to Vietnam as ambassador in 1965.
