- Discusses media reaction to the ruling that the government must indeed file an Environmental Impact Statement on the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). Judge Charles Richey made the decision in July 1993 in a pioneering lawsuit brought last year by the Sierra Club, Public Citizen, and Friends of the Earth.
