Abstract
- Metal‐centred heterocubane structures characterise the homoleptic tetrakis(silyl) complexes of zerovalent palladium and platinum, [MLi4{Si(3,5‐Me2pz)3}4] (3,5‐Me2pz=3,5‐dimethylpyrazole; M=Pd or Pt), in which the central d10 metal atom is surrounded by four silicon and four lithium atoms. Cyclic voltammetry shows that the corresponding cationic d9 MI and dicationic d8 MII complexes are accessible through one‐electron oxidation processes. For more details, see the Full Paper by F. Breher et al. on page 17899 ff. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
