Abstract: The article describes the library of the ERSTE Foundation in Vienna, Austria. Information is provided about the library's collections, which focus thematically on social and cultural policy, European integration, and democratization and geographically on Central, Eastern, and Southeastern Europe. Additional information on archival holdings and special collections on contemporary Austrian and Eastern European art and on the history of credit unions in Austria is also presented.
