Abstract
- The first enantioselective tandem conjugate addition/Nnitroso aldol reaction catalyzed by copper and phosphoramidite is presented. The reactions proceeded smoothly furnishing the a-hydroxyamino carbonyl compounds in good yields with high enantioselectivity up to 95% ee. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
