- Reports on the ruling of the Ontario Press Council that a `Record' newspaper reporter who recycled a hostage story by selling it to the `National Enquirer' did nothing unethical. Rejection of a complaint by Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario residents who were allegedly embarrased to see their photograph and story about their hostage experience in the `Enquirer'; Explanation of the council.
